Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, free, with no card required. You will need your GSTIN to start one: the trial gives you a working workspace with one user, one entity, one store and five each of products, customers and vendors — enough to raise real documents on your own data and see whether it fits. Choose a plan at any point during the 14 days and everything you have set up carries straight over. One trial per business.
What's the difference between Velocity and Zenith?
Velocity is for businesses with multiple legal entities (multiple GSTINs) under one tenant. Zenith adds unlimited scale, regional-language AI and the option to run on a dedicated single-tenant instance — typically chosen by enterprises with strict isolation or data-residency requirements.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades are pro-rated to the rest of your billing cycle; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What are add-ons?
Some features (for example, the Shopify and online-marketplace connectors) are sold separately as add-ons rather than bundled into a plan. Add-ons can be activated on any plan — talk to us for current add-on pricing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gets you a 15% discount over monthly. Quarterly is also available at 5% off.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data any time. After cancellation we retain it for 30 days in case you want to come back, then permanently delete it (subject to any statutory retention obligations like GST invoice records).
